"Very professional and helpful If you're looking for someone to diagnose a problem with your wood burner, insert, or chimney, I fully recommend this guy - he cleaned the chimneys before we bought the house, and when I thought I had a problem (turned out I was closing the flue, not the air intake, duh!!) he came out the same day to 'fix' it. Very professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful - you can't go wrong!!"
